Nurse Manager
This position is a full time position and is responsible for managing the ER and Med-Surg Departments in the day-to-day patient care spectrum, directing the delivery of professional nursing services through RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Services Designee, and other floor and ER staff; providing guidance, expertise and providing instruction and guidance in such delivery by coordinating services needed in accordance with individual patient care plans. Current, unencumbered Missouri license as a RN with minimum Associate Degree in Nursing with Bachelor’s/BSN degree preferred. Minimum of five years in leadership nursing role/position.
